As I try to keep up with the latest AI tools, I wanted to share two small AI apps that I actually use and genuinely enjoy. If you have any interesting tools, I’d love to hear about them too!
🎵 Suno AI – Make a Song in 10 Seconds
Suno AI is a super fun tool that lets you generate original songs — yes, actual songs — in around 10 seconds. You can log in using your Google account and start creating music right away.
Pick a genre, choose whether you want vocals or just instrumental, and Suno will handle the rest. It can even write lyrics for you! Check it out at suno.com.
I’ve been using it to experiment with background music and even created a fun little soundtrack for my YouTube channel homepage. Someone I know even committed to using it to make custom birthday songs for all their friends — which I think is such a sweet idea.
📊 Napkin AI – Turn Text Into Beautiful Charts
The second app is Napkin AI. It turns your text into simple, clean, and customizable charts in seconds. If you’re a visual thinker or someone who likes to present ideas quickly, this is a great tool to have in your pocket.
I’ve used it for brainstorming, organizing thoughts, and even making visual summaries of more complex topics. It’s fast, free, and very beginner-friendly.
A Few Other Tools I Use
Beyond Suno and Napkin, here are a few more AI tools that I use and would like to use:
- Perplexity AI – Great for fast research. I usually cross-check answers using ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Canva – Occasionally for AI image generation and design.
- NotebookLM – A newer tool I’m still exploring, but useful for organizing notes and documents, and turn them into a podcast if that’s your thing.
- Google Flow / Runway – I haven’t tried them yet, but they’re definitely on my wishlist for AI-powered video generation. 👀
🧠 AI Newsletters I Recommend
To stay updated on new tools, trends, and tutorials, I subscribe to two newsletters:
- The Rundown AI – Great for daily highlights and quick updates.
- Mindstream – A thoughtful, curated take on AI’s impact and possibilities.
What About You?
I’ve been sharing these tools with friends offline for over three months, so it felt natural to post about them here too. If you’re using any fun or useful AI apps, I’d love to hear about them. Drop them in the comments or message me — always keen to try something new.
Until next time, happy creating!
